The Sri Lankan Association of Manitoba is a not for profit organization registered in Winnipeg, Canada. Primary objective of the association is to represent Sri Lankans living in Manitoba and promote social, cultural, educational and recreational activities amongst the membership.

The association is served by a Board of Directors consisting of 9 members elected by the general membership at an annual general meeting. The term for an elected board is 2 years. All members are encouraged to serve in the board to ensure the growth and the continuity of the association. At present we have approximately 300 families actively taking part as Manitoba is home to small but cohesive community.
