Sri Lankan School of Dance Registration Form

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to Sri Lankan School of Dance in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The registrations for 2019-20 year will be open from Monday, September 30th to Friday, October 4th.  Given the delay in opening registrations, we have extended the deadline until November 1st, 2019. All returning students and new students are welcome to register during this time. Please note that both Female and Male students are welcome to join the dance and drum program.

The classes will be commencing on Sunday, October 6, 2019 and ending in April, 2020. Please make sure to register your child/children for classes beginning October and to continue in the program throughout the year. Unfortunately, no new registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
